Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cjk444 ("cjk444", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cjk444 website located at cjk444.net, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support channels offered through the platform.

By accessing the cjk444 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cjk444 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

Account Registration

To access the full range of cjk444 services, including placing wagers, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. Account registration is subject to the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cjk444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cjk444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cjk444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are active will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support at [email protected] or via live chat immediately.

cjk444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account via SMS OTP or email OTP. This optional security measure significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Account security responsibility rests with the account holder.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

cjk444 is required to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cjk444 may result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete. KYC documents are processed securely and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cjk444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cjk444 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer from select Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your cjk444 account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside cjk444's control.
• cjk444 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• cjk444 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from an account held in your name before processing any associated withdrawal.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within under 5 minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account held in the player's own name.
• cjk444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Completion of KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before those funds can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for bonus-specific terms.
• cjk444 reserves the right to reverse, delay, or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

cjk444 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, ICC tournaments, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your cjk444 bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and can only be converted to withdrawable real-money funds by meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage) are specified in each promotion's terms.
• cjk444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled, any associated wagering requirement obligations are also cancelled and bonus funds are forfeited.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through techniques such as arbitrage, matched betting with a second account, or collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• If a withdrawal request is made before applicable wagering requirements are met, cjk444 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play before processing the withdrawal.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cjk444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and reasonable standards of fair play and honest dealing. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on cjk444:

• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with cjk444 support or compliance staff.
• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or a fictitious identity, for any purpose including circumventing self-exclusion, bonus restrictions, or withdrawal limits.
• Fraudulent payment activity including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks after funds have been wagered, or any other financial deception directed at cjk444 or its payment partners.
• Collusion with other players in any game, including coordinated play in poker, table games, or sports betting markets designed to disadvantage other players or the platform.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the cjk444 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage, automates gameplay, or scrapes data without authorisation.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors. If you become aware of an error in any game, payment system, or odds display, you are obligated to report it to support immediately. Continued exploitation of a known error is treated as fraud.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal and attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN or proxy services.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at cjk444 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

cjk444 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

Game Rules & Fairness

Random Number Generation

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is binding. cjk444 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match postponement or cancellation (subject to market-specific settlement rules), or confirmed evidence of match manipulation.

Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or interruption during play, cjk444 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly. cjk444 reserves the right to void a game round affected by a malfunction regardless of the displayed outcome. Incomplete game rounds resulting from disconnection will be settled based on the game state recorded on cjk444's servers at the time of the disconnection.

Responsible Gaming

cjk444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or compulsion. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cjk444 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any cjk444 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any cjk444 software or game.
• Use the cjk444 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by cjk444.
• Scrape, index, frame, or deep-link to any part of the cjk444 website without prior written consent.

Game titles, studio names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. cjk444 operates under licence agreements with these providers and does not claim ownership over their intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cjk444 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cjk444 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity (including losses from games of chance and sports betting).
• Loss of data, loss of access, or technical interruptions to the platform resulting from circumstances outside cjk444's reasonable control, including internet service outages, third-party payment provider delays, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information displayed on the cjk444 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cjk444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your cjk444 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The cjk444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cjk444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cjk444 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 1 business day.

Suspension or Closure by cjk444

cjk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment credentials or collusion with other players.
• Confirmed multi-accounting — operating more than one cjk444 account.
• Use of automated software, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated against cjk444 by the player or their payment provider.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Any activity that cjk444 reasonably believes may expose it or its partners to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by cjk444 due to a breach of these Terms, cjk444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or wilful misrepresentation is confirmed, cjk444 may forfeit the balance in its entirety. In all other cases, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any required investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cjk444 will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Dormant account management, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the player in advance. Players can reactivate a dormant account by contacting support at [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

cjk444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cjk444 will notify registered players by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed prominently on the cjk444 website, an email to your registered email address, or an in-platform notification upon your next login.

The "Last Updated" date shown in the hero section of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the cjk444 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

If you object to any change made to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the cjk444 platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11. You will not be penalised for closing your account solely because you disagree with a change to these Terms, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you per the closure procedure described in Section 11.
